Spotlife is a digital platform that lets you explore, share, and discover unique places and experiences. You can create custom maps featuring your favorite spots, connect with people who share your interests, and discover special places recommended by other users.

To join the Spotlife community, simply download the app, create your profile, and start exploring and sharing your favorite places.

You can connect with other users, discover new spots, and take part in events and activities. If you have any suggestions or would like to become a Spotlife ambassador, contact us today!

No, each person may only have one Spotlife account. This ensures the authenticity and quality of our community. If you need more information, please review our community guidelines or contact us directly.

User accounts and business accounts are identical in terms of app usability and the tools available for exploring the world. However, in addition to free access to Spotlife’s maps and features, business accounts have access to additional tools that allow them to discover, connect with, and promote themselves to Spotlife users who share interests related to their business.

The essence of Spotlife is sharing places, and every post must include a location.

On Spotlife, you can share a wide variety of content, always centered around specific locations. On Spotlife, freedom is key. While it’s essential to include a location in every post, beyond that, you can share any type of content that reflects your experiences and recommendations. This allows each user to create and customize their profile based on their interests and unique experiences.

Interacting with other members of the Spotlife community allows you to enrich your experience, learn from others, and build meaningful connections based on shared interests and common experiences.

You can follow other users, visit their spots, chat with them through the spots or via direct messages, save spots as favorites to visit them in person, and like spots… Come explore, share, and interact with the vibrant Spotlife community!

At Spotlife, we strive to maintain a safe and respectful community for all users.

If you come across inappropriate content or violations of the community guidelines, you can report it here and explain why.

To edit your profile on Spotlife, follow these simple steps:

  • Access your profile:
    • "Sign in" to your Spotlife account:
    • Go to your profile by tapping the "Edit Profile" button.
  • Once you're on your profile, look for and select the "Edit Profile" option or the edit icon.

Access Your Account: Log in to your Spotlife account using your username and password.

To close your Spotlife account, follow these steps:

  • Go to Settings: Select "Settings" to access your account's settings.
  • Select the "Close Account"option:
  • In the settings menu, look for the section labeled“Account”
    Within this section, find and select the“Deleteaccount” option.
  • Confirm Your Decision: Spotlife will ask you to confirm your decision to close your account. Please read the information provided to understand what closing your account entails.
  • Confirm Closure: Click the confirmation button to close your account. This button may be labeled "Close Account,""Delete Account,"or something similar.

Important

Data and content: Be sure to download any content you want to keep before closing your account, as this action may be irreversible and you will lose access to all your spots, photos, and data associated with your account.

Contact Support: If you're having trouble closing your account or need additional assistance, please contact the Spotlife support team through their Help Center or support email.

Closing your account will permanently delete your profile and all associated data. If you decide to return to Spotlife in the future, you’ll need to create a new account.

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by following these steps:

  • Click "Settings."
  • Then click "Security"
  • Then click "Reset Password."
  • Enter your email address: You will be asked to enter the email address associated with your Spotlife account.
  • Check your email: Spotlife will send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Check your inbox and your spam folder just in case.

If you don't receive the password reset email, make sure you've entered the correct email address and that the email isn't in your spam folder. If you're still having trouble, you can contact the Spotlife support team for further assistance.

There are several ways you can contribute to Spotlife’s growth and development. Add and share your favorite places and experiences to enrich the community. Invite your friends and followers from other social media platforms to attract new users. Your feedback and suggestions on how to improve the platform are very valuable to us. If you’re an active and passionate content creator, consider becoming a Spotlife ambassador to gain access to exclusive resources and special events.

Join our events to strengthen the community and raise awareness of the platform. Please report any bugs or issues you encounter so we can fix them. Help promote Spotlife on your social media and among your friends and acquaintances. Your participation is essential to Spotlife’s growth!

You don’t need any special qualifications to be a creator. Just share your favorite spots and experiences, and if your content is authentic and you’d like to join our ambassador program, contact us and we’ll review your application so you can become an ambassador.

Yes, you can share commercial content in the Spotlife community. Business accounts are specifically designed to make it easier to promote businesses and services. These accounts allow businesses to engage with their target audience, promote themselves, and use tools specifically designed to help their business grow. However, it’s important that commercial content complies with the community guidelines and remains respectful and relevant to users.

Yes, at Spotlife we value and reward our members' activity. Active users can receive various rewards and incentives, such as:

Collaboration Opportunities: The most active and outstanding members may receive invitations to collaborate on special events and activities organized by Spotlife.

Monetary Rewards: Spotlife ambassadors have the opportunity to earn a percentage of the platform’s annual profits. The more places and experiences you share, and the more engagement you generate, the greater your reward will be. ‍

Invitations to Exclusive Events and Activities: As an active member, you may receive invitations to special events, activities, and trips organized by Spotlife.

Each case will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and depending on the severity of the violation, different penalties may apply. These range from removing content to a few days of suspension to account termination.

Yes, you can post content in any language you like. Spotlife is a global platform, so you have complete freedom to use your preferred language.
